#MockTwo Draft Results

Drafting RG3 at No. 2 is seemingly inevitable at this point, but Washington scores points in draft-grade terms by landing the best quarterback in the 2012 class. Griffin has video game-type physical gifts and a great head on his shoulders. The Skins are going to turn this thing around.

Bentley's best NFL fit is slot corner, where Washington must upgrade on overmatched Kevin Barnes. Kendricks was a coup in round four, and will soon make fans forget about London Fletcher. J. Allen's game tape is more impressive than his reputation, and he could start at left guard sooner rather than later. A. Allen is a physical strong safety with impressive length and better than advertised cover skills. Linthicum and Harkey will battle for spots on special teams.

The Redskins are only a quarterback away from serious contention, but they came away from this draft with more. Kendricks and J. Allen are potential year-one starters, and A. Allen and Bentley could find immediate niches in nickel packages. This was a very strong draft, earning an A grade.

1.022Robert Griffin III, QB
from Baylor
3.0670Dwight Bentley, CB
from Louisiana-Lafayette
60th best player on the board and represents real value in my opinion. Can't believe he's the 19th ranked CB on here. Not a position of need, per say, but a difference maker that can't be passed up on.
4.07102Mychal Kendricks, ILB
from California
Can't believe he's on the board here.
4.14109Jeff Allen, OT
from Illinois
Probably more of a Guard, but the Redskins need help on their Offensive Line and he's one of the few guys on the board that can make a difference early on.
5.06133Antonio Allen, S
from South Carolina
6.03162Brian Linthicum, TE
from Michigan St.
7.06196Cory Harkey, TE
from UCLA
